Chiều 24/11, Tỉnh ủy Lạng Sơn tổ chức bế giảng 2 lớp bồi dưỡng kiến thức về quản trị an ninh và quản trị an ninh phi truyền thống cho 116 học viên là cán bộ đương nhiệm, quy hoạch các chức danh lãnh đạo, quản lý chủ chốt cấp tỉnh, cấp huyện.
Dự lễ bế giảng có đồng chí Nguyễn Quốc Khánh, Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, Trưởng Ban Tổ chức Tỉnh ủy, Trưởng Ban Chỉ đạo lớp học; Trung tướng, Giáo sư, Tiến sĩ Nguyễn Xuân Yêm, Viện trưởng Viện An ninh phi truyền thống, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội.
Lớp bồi dưỡng kiến thức về quản trị an ninh và quản trị an ninh phi truyền thống năm 2023 được khai giảng từ ngày 22/11. Trong thời gian 3 ngày, mỗi lớp được nghiên cứu, học tập 6 chuyên đề. Hệ thống các chuyên đề, khối kiến thức của chương trình bồi dưỡng được thiết kế hợp lý, khoa học, nội dung mang tính thời sự, cần thiết, phù hợp với đối tượng, sát với thực tiễn.
Theo đánh giá chung, lớp học được tổ chức chu đáo, hiệu quả, các học viên đã nêu cao tinh thần trách nhiệm, gương mẫu trong học tập, nghiên cứu, chấp hành tốt quy chế lớp học của tỉnh; tích cực trao đổi với giảng viên, giao lưu, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm với các đồng chí, đồng nghiệp trong lớp. Các giảng viên nhiệt tình, trách nhiệm, nỗ lực cung cấp thông tin, tri thức mới đến học viên. Kết quả, 100% học viên tham gia lớp bồi dưỡng đã được Viện trưởng Viện An ninh phi truyền thống, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội cấp giấy chứng nhận bồi dưỡng kiến thức Quản trị an ninh và Quản trị an ninh phi truyền thống.
Phát biểu tại lễ bế giảng, Trưởng Ban Tổ chức Tỉnh uỷ đề nghị: Sau khóa học này, các học viên phải nắm chắc tình hình, quán triệt chủ trương, đường lối của Đảng, Nhà nước, của tỉnh về bảo vệ an ninh quốc gia; tiếp tục chủ động, tích cực vận dụng phù hợp vào thực tiễn công tác lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo, điều hành thực hiện nhiệm vụ chính trị của địa phương, cơ quan, đơn vị mình. Đồng thời, phát huy tối đa vai trò lãnh đạo, đổi mới lề lối, phương pháp làm việc nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công tác, nhất là trực tiếp chỉ đạo và tham mưu lãnh đạo các cấp chủ động phòng ngừa, đấu tranh, ngăn chặn, đảm bảo an ninh, trật tự tại địa phương, cơ quan, đơn vị góp phần giữ vững môi trường hòa bình, ổn định và phát triển cùng với Đảng bộ tỉnh hoàn thành các mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ trọng tâm, đột phá mà Nghị quyết Đại hội Đảng bộ tỉnh lần thứ XVII đề ra.
Nhân dịp này, lớp học đã quyên góp được 33 triệu đồng ủng hộ kinh phí xây dựng Đền thờ Chi Lăng.
