Bài viết này đề cập đến việc nâng cao tính tích cực của mạng xã hội cho giới trẻ hiện nay. Theo thống kê Internet Việt Nam 2020, Việt Nam có khoảng hơn 68,17 triệu người dùng mạng xã hội. Mạng xã hội đang trở thành thói quen hàng ngày không thể thiếu của đại bộ phận người dân.Mạng xã hội tồn tại hai mặt. Lợi ích là giúp chúng ta nắm bắt thông tin nhanh, kết nối dễ dàng với mọi người khắp nơi trên thế giới, là phương tiện truyền thông, giải trí, kinh doanh hiệu quả. Bên cạnh đó, mạng xã hội cũng gây ra những hậu quả không nhỏ cho con người, ảnh hưởng đến đời sống, công việc, học tập, đạo đức,… Nâng cao tính tích cực và hạn chế những tiêu cực của mạng xã hội là trách nhiệm chung của chúng ta.

1. Đặt vấn đề
Hơn 20 năm xuất hiện (1997-2021), internet đã tạo nên nhiều thay đổi lớn trong đời sống kinh tế, chính trị, xã hội. Mạng máy tính ngày càng được mở rộng, để từ đây, các hình thức giải trí trên mạng trở nên phong phú và hiện đại hơn bao giờ hết. Theo đánh giá của Hãng nghiên cứu thị trường ComScore (Mỹ), Việt Nam hiện là một trong những quốc gia có dân số trực tuyến lớn nhất tại khu vực ASEAN. Số liệu của Tổng cục Thống kê cũng cho biết số lượng người sử dụng internet mỗi năm trong nước đều tăng nhanh. Đây được đánh giá là điều kiện lý tưởng để cho các mạng xã hội xuất hiện và nhanh chóng phổ biến tại Việt Nam. Cùng với sự phát triển của internet, mạng xã hội được xem như một trong những ứng dụng của internet có ảnh hưởng lớn nhất, đặc biệt là đối với giới trẻ ở cả khu vực đô thị và nông thôn.
2. Thực trạng việc sử dụng mạng xã hội của giới trẻ tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh hiện nay.
Theo số liệu của ComScore – Công ty về đo lường và đánh giá hiệu quả các giải pháp marketing trực tuyến đã báo cáo, trong hơn 30 triệu người sử dụng internet tại Việt Nam, có khoảng 87,5% đã và đang sử dụng các mạng xã hội, nằm trong độ tuổi 15-34 (khoảng 71%). Giới trẻ Việt Nam đang sử dụng các mạng xã hội như Facebook, Instagram, Youtube… với mục đích học tập, giải trí, kinh doanh, kết nối,… trong đó, Facebook được sử dụng nhiều nhất. Theo số liệu thống kê, Việt Nam là nước có số lượng người sử dụng dịch vụ Facebook tăng nhanh nhất trên thế giới với khoảng 35 triệu người dùng, đồng nghĩa với việc hơn 1/3 dân số của nước ta đang sở hữu một tài khoản Facebook, trong đó đông đảo nhất có lẽ là bộ phận thanh, thiếu niên. Khảo sát 1.000 bạn trẻ (11-35 tuổi) tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh, có đến (89,3%) bạn dùng Facebook. Sau Facebook là Youtube với tính năng xem và chia sẻ video, hiện Youtube có (56,3%) người dùng là trang mạng lớn thứ hai ở Việt Nam sau Facebook; đứng thứ ba là Instagram (24,5%) chuyên xem và chia sẻ ảnh; Zingme (16,8%) hỗ trợ chơi game, nghe nhạc trực tuyến; các mạng Viber, Zalo chiếm tỷ lệ 10%. Phần lớn thanh, thiếu niên đã sử dụng mạng xã hội trên 4 năm (43,8%), chiếm tỷ lệ cao thứ hai là từ 2-4 năm (34,2%), từ 1-2 năm (17,5%) và dưới 1 năm chiếm tỷ lệ thấp nhất (4,5%). Có 5 mục đích tìm kiếm chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất, đó là: cập nhật thông tin xã hội (66,3%); làm quen với bạn mới, giữ liên lạc với bạn cũ (60%); liên lạc với gia đình, bạn bè (59%), chia sẻ thông tin (hình ảnh, video, status) với mọi người (54,0%) và để giải trí (49,5%), công cụ hỗ trợ học tập và làm việc (44,7%), mua sắm online (30,7%), tìm kiếm việc làm (21,7%), hay bán hàng online (13,7%),…
Theo kết quả khảo sát năm 2017 đã cho thấy, đối tượng kết nối chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất của giới trẻ là: bạn cùng lớp cùng quê (90,2%); gia đình, họ hàng (81,3%); những người bạn trong các nhóm xã hội khác họ quen là (48,2%). Kết quả này cho thấy giới trẻ có sự chọn lọc cẩn thận trong việc kết bạn.
Với công nghệ wifi phủ rộng khắp nơi các bạn trẻ có thể linh hoạt trong việc sử dụng, tại nhà (95,8%), tại nơi làm việc và trường học (17,3%), quán net (9,5%). Tần suất sử dụng mạng xã hội của giới trẻ ngày càng gia tăng vì họ có thể truy cập mọi lúc, mọi nơi nhờ các thiết bị công nghệ hiện đại như smartphone (85,3%), máy tính xách tay (24%), máy tính để bàn (20,5%), máy tính bảng (6,8%).
Kết quả khảo sát cho thấy, thời gian sử dụng mạng xã hội hàng ngày của giới trẻ chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là: từ 1-3 tiếng (35,7%); từ 3-5 tiếng (25,7%); trên 5 tiếng chiếm (22,6%); ít hơn 1 tiếng (16,0%). Qua số liệu cho thấy, giới trẻ đang dành khá nhiều thời gian cho mạng xã hội, đó là nguyên nhân gây nên tình trạng “nghiện” mạng xã hội đang ngày càng tăng. Giới trẻ sử dụng tiếng Việt để giao tiếp chiếm tỷ lệ (45,7%), tiếng Anh (38,8%), ký hiệu khác nhau (29,7%). Cơ quan tiếp thị truyền thông xã hội Úc cho rằng những người trẻ tuổi sử dụng chữ viết tắt để tăng tốc độ giao tiếp và là mật mã để người lớn không thể hiểu.
Mạng xã hội đã trở thành một phần không thể thiếu trong cuộc sống hàng ngày của rất nhiều bạn trẻ với mục đích sử dụng khác nhau, việc đăng ký tham gia vào mạng xã hội đơn giản, dễ dàng, tiện lợi đã khiến cho mạng xã hội ngày càng thu hút cả giới trẻ ở các thành phố lớn và những vùng nông thôn.
3. Mặt tiêu cực của mạng xã hội ảnh hưởng đến đời sống giới trẻ hiện nay
Bên cạnh những lợi ích mang lại cho con người, nó cũng gây ra những hậu quả không lường. Để hạn chế những tiêu cực là trách nhiệm của cá nhân, gia đình và xã hội. Người sử dụng cần có định hướng, chọn lọc những thông tin tiếp nhận và chịu trách nhiệm với những thông tin truyền tải để không ảnh hưởng xấu tới công việc, các mối quan hệ trong xã hội và cuộc sống cá nhân.
Nếu biết khai thác hợp lý thì mạng xã hội đem lại rất nhiều tiện ích vì nội dung phong phú, đa dạng… là nguồn tìm kiếm thông tin hiệu quả cho người sử dụng trong học tập, nghiên cứu và đời sống; ngược lại nó sẽ gây ra nhiều hậu quả nghiêm trọng vì lượng thông tin nhiều nhưng đan xen giữa những thông tin tốt với thông tin xấu khó kiểm chứng. Đáng lo ngại nhất hiện nay là những thông tin mang tính chất kích động bạo lực, chia rẽ đoàn kết dân tộc,… Nếu người dùng không có định hướng sẽ dễ sa đà vào “biển” thông tin hỗn loạn ảnh hưởng đến năng suất lao động, học tập, tính tình cáu gắt, tinh thần uể oải, đắm chìm vào thế giới ảo không lối thoát, ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe, tâm sinh lý và nhân cách của con người, đặc biệt là giới trẻ. Những tác hại thường xảy ra khi lạm dụng mạng xã hội là:
– Thiếu sự tương tác: Chúng ta có ít thời gian cho người thân, bạn bè, dần dần các mối quan hệ sẽ bị rạn nứt, khó tìm sự đồng cảm.
– Khó đạt được mục tiêu thực cá nhân: Quá lãng phí thời gian vào mạng xã hội, quên đi mục tiêu thực sự mà mình cần đạt được trong cuộc sống. Thay vì học hỏi những kỹ năng cần thiết để phát triển bản thân phục vụ cho công việc hiện tại hoặc tương lai, các bạn trẻ lại chú tâm vào những thông tin giật gân để tìm like, để nổi tiếng trên mạng.
– Dễ mắc bệnh trầm cảm: Dấu hiệu nhận biết là hay mệt mỏi, khó ngủ, mất tinh thần.
– Thiếu sự sáng tạo: Khi chúng ta dành quá nhiều thời gian để truy cập, não bộ sẽ không được nghỉ ngơi, làm suy giảm hoạt động, hạn chế tính sáng tạo.
– Bạo lực trên mạng: Người ta nói những điều mà ngoài đời không dám nói, có thể đe dọa, tra tấn tinh thần, phán xét không căn cứ hoặc nói không đúng sự thật.
– Mất khả năng kiểm soát hành vi: Giới trẻ khó diễn đạt cảm xúc bằng lời, khi xảy ra xung đột thì có khuynh hướng sử dụng những trò bạo lực bị nhiễm trên mạng.
– Thiếu tự tin vì thường xuyên so sánh mình với người khác: Mỗi người đều có thế mạnh riêng, nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn là cách thực tế nhất để thành công.
– Dễ bị mạo danh: Thông tin cá nhân chúng ta có thể bị đánh cắp để mạo danh làm chuyện trái pháp luật hoặc lừa đảo người thân, bạn bè.
– Vi phạm pháp luật: Khi chúng ta chia sẻ những thông tin chưa được kiểm chứng làm ảnh hưởng đến danh dự đoàn thể, tổ chức, cá nhân, chúng ta có thể bị phạt tiền, phạt tù.
Chúng ta cần chọn lọc thông tin phù hợp để phát huy những thành quả mà mạng xã hội đem lại, hạn chế những tiêu cực trong thế giới ảo. Kiểm soát bản thân, cân đối thời gian và định hướng cập nhật để không bị sao nhãng những mục tiêu quan trọng khác trong đời.
4. Mặt tích cực của mạng xã hội đối với đời sống con người
Đối với những người cần tiếp cận những kỹ năng, kiến thức hoặc thông tin mới nhất phục vụ cho công việc, học tập, nghiên cứu, mạng xã hội là công cụ tìm kiếm không thể thiếu. Mạng xã hội sẽ bổ sung và làm giàu thêm những kiến thức mà chúng ta được học trong nhà trường. Cụ thể nhất như:
– Truy cập tin tức: Người dùng truy cập nhanh những thông tin mà mình quan tâm và doanh nghiệp cũng dựa vào những thông tin đó để bắt kịp xu hướng quảng cáo sản phẩm.
– Nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ công: Những vấn đề thu hút sự quan tâm của cộng đồng sẽ được lan truyền nhanh, qua đó các cơ quan hành chính công lắng nghe ý kiến đóng góp, phê bình của người dân để giảm thiểu sai sót và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
– Tăng cường tính kết nối: Chúng ta có thể biết thông tin, thăm hỏi gia đình, người thân, bạn bè dù ở đâu trên thế giới và kết nối với những người bạn mới khắp năm châu.
– Bổ sung kiến thức và tăng cường kỹ năng sống: Chúng ta có thể tìm kiếm và tự học các kỹ năng trên các trang mạng hoàn toàn miễn phí và học mọi lúc, mọi nơi.
– Môi trường kinh doanh lý tưởng: Khi cần tìm kiếm một sản phẩm nào đó, khách hàng sẽ truy cập trên mạng, đây chính là cơ hội cho các nhà kinh doanh giới thiệu và bán sản phẩm. Doanh nghiệp tiết kiệm chi phí thuê nhân viên, mặt bằng, chi phí quảng cáo. Hoặc thông qua facebook, zalo… doanh nghiệp có thể giới thiệu sản phẩm đến khách hàng hoàn toàn miễn phí, là cơ hội tuyệt vời cho các bạn trẻ muốn khởi nghiệp nhưng có ít vốn.
– Kênh giải trí phong phú: Có thể xem phim, nghe nhạc đủ tất cả các thể loại dễ dàng.
– Phát huy tài năng: Mạng xã hội có thể giúp chúng ta giới thiệu tài năng của mình đến mọi người như ca hát, vẽ tranh, nấu ăn, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, kiến thức… Qua đó, chúng ta có thể nổi tiếng một cách tích cực trên cộng đồng, cũng là con đường hiệu quả để duy trì và phát triển sự nghiệp. Năm vừa qua, nhờ mạng xã hội mà một bộ phận công nhân viên chức, nghệ sĩ, nghệ nhân, giáo viên… vẫn có thể đảm bảo được cuộc sống khi công việc tại văn phòng bị đóng cửa hoặc trì trệ do ảnh hưởng của dịch Covid-19.
– Bày tỏ cảm xúc: Thông qua facebook, zalo,… chúng ta có thể bày tỏ cảm xúc và nhanh chóng nhận được sự đồng cảm, chia sẻ từ người thân, bạn bè,…
– Cải thiện não bộ: Theo nghiên cứu của giáo sư Gary Small tại Trường Đại học California Los Angeles cho thấy, khi tìm kiếm và đọc nhiều thông tin từ internet, não bộ sẽ hoạt động tốt hơn và làm chậm quá trình lão hóa, nhất là đối với người lớn tuổi.
Mục đích sử dụng mạng xã hội phụ thuộc vào mỗi cá nhân mà phát huy lợi ích khác nhau. Chúng ta cần biết làm chủ hành vi, cân nhắc mức độ tham khảo một cách hợp lý, chọn lọc thông tin bổ ích để mạng xã hội trở thành công cụ nâng cao giá trị bản thân và sự cống hiến của chúng ta cho cộng đồng.
5. Nâng cao tính tích cực và hạn chế tính tiêu cực của mạng xã hội
Để nâng cao tính tích cực và hạn chế tiêu cực của mạng xã hội đến sự phát triển nhân cách và lối sống của giới trẻ hiện nay, trước tiên gia đình cần giáo dục tác dụng, tác hại của mạng xã hội, giới hạn thời gian và định hướng cho trẻ khi chúng bắt đầu biết đến mạng xã hội. Cha, mẹ cần phải có sự hiểu biết nhất định về mạng xã hội, biết sử dụng các trang mạng để phục vụ cho công việc, giải trí lành mạnh, là tấm gương tốt cho trẻ học tập và noi theo, định hướng giá trị nhân cách và lối sống tốt đẹp, có sự yêu thương, chia sẻ với gia đình và trách nhiệm với xã hội, giáo dục kỹ năng sống, nhất là kỹ năng điều tiết và kiểm soát bản thân, rèn luyện thói quen tốt như chơi thể thao, tham gia các câu lạc bộ… Cha, mẹ cần đưa ra những nguyên tắc sử dụng Internet, đối với trẻ nhỏ cần giới hạn khoảng thời gian nhất định. Cha, mẹ có thể sử dụng những công cụ ngăn chặn trẻ em vào những nội dung không phù hợp và kiểm soát những nội dung trẻ truy cập; không phê phán hay chỉ lên án những tiêu cực mạng xã hội mà cấm đoán giới trẻ. Cha, mẹ dành nhiều thời gian trò chuyện để hiểu tâm tư của con, động viên, khích lệ tinh thần hay tổ chức những chuyến du lịch để thắt chặt tình cảm gia đình.
Nhà trường, các cơ sở giáo dục cần hướng dẫn cách khai thác thông tin tích cực để các em chủ động tham gia, phục vụ học tập, nghiên cứu chuyên môn hiệu quả. Hướng dẫn cách chọn lọc thông tin hữu ích và tránh xa những thông tin độc hại. Giáo dục cách ứng xử văn minh trên mạng, kiểm soát hành vi, lời nói và đảm bảo những thông tin mà mình đăng trên mạng không vi phạm pháp luật, không ảnh hưởng đến uy tín, danh dự, hình ảnh của cá nhân hay tổ chức nào, phù hợp với thuần phong mỹ tục và chuẩn mực đạo đức xã hội.
Tăng cường tổ chức tốt các hoạt động vui chơi, giải trí, thiện nguyện… để nâng cao đời sống tinh thần, tạo môi trường lành mạnh để họ kết bạn, giao lưu học hỏi kinh nghiệm lẫn nhau, qua đó rèn luyện tính tổ chức, tính kỷ luật và tinh thần đoàn kết, giúp các bạn trẻ sống có trách nhiệm, xa rời lối sống hời hợt, vô tâm, thích ăn chơi, hưởng thụ và đua đòi theo những hư danh của thế giới ảo. Khi thế giới thực có nhiều hoạt động thú vị thì các em sẽ hạn chế tìm niềm vui ở thế giới ảo.
Các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước cần ban hành các văn bản hướng dẫn sử dụng mạng xã hội, xây dựng quy định cho các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, khuyến khích những thông tin lành mạnh, bổ ích, lan tỏa tư duy tích cực và lối sống văn minh cho cộng đồng.
Phát huy mặt tích cực, ngăn chặn mặt tiêu cực trước tiên là giáo dục ý thức, định hướng cho giới trẻ, sau đó các cơ quan pháp luật quán triệt công tác quản lý nhằm tối ưu hóa lợi ích của mạng xã hội. Gia đình, nhà trường và địa phương cần tổ chức tốt các hoạt động vui chơi, giải trí là giải pháp thiết thực nhất để vừa quản lý vừa bồi dưỡng, giáo dục nhân cách, lối sống lành mạnh cho giới trẻ vừa hạn chế tác động tiêu cực của mạng xã hội. Điều này giúp cho giới trẻ có đủ tự tin, bản lĩnh và vững vàng trước cám dỗ trong thế giới ảo.
6. Kết luận
Đi cùng với sự phát triển của khoa học kỹ thuật là sự bùng nổ của mạng xã hội đã thay đổi cách chúng ta sống và làm việc. Chúng ta có thêm nhiều phương tiện để giao tiếp, thu thập thông tin, học tập, giải trí,… Bên cạnh những lợi ích là những tác hại đến sức khỏe, thời gian, trí tuệ, nhân cách, lối sống. Vì vậy, hãy sử dụng mạng xã hội một cách thông minh, tỉnh táo và chấp hành nghiêm túc Luật An ninh mạng để tránh những hệ lụy đáng tiếc.
