Nanthini, Phân tích viên cao cấp và bà Julius Cesar Imperial Trajano, nhà nghiên cứu thuộc Trung tâm nghiên cứu An ninh phi truyền thống, Đại học Công nghệ Nanyang, Singapore đã tham gia thảo luận hiệu quả với Viện INS về các vấn đề: viết các tham luận về vấn đề An ninh phi truyền thống và kí kết hợp tác giữa hai đơn vị.
